Using saxophones and jazz culture as a front, the brand visually and conceptually reflects the world of chance, risk, and nightlife.

Japozer is imagined as a jazz nightclub where music and gambling coexist.
The smooth rhythm of saxophones contrasts with the unpredictability of chance, creating a space that feels both immersive and intense.

Japozer is a premium surrogate brand inspired by the worlds of jazz and poker. Rooted in late-night lounges and high-stakes environments, it brings together music, strategy, and restraint. The identity reflects a quiet confidence, balancing fluid expression with calculated precision.

This project explores the creation of a surrogate brand within a restricted category. Japozer is presented as a saxophone-focused lifestyle label, while subtly embedding cues of poker and casino culture through its visual language and tone.


The Name
Japozer is derived from Jazz and Poker, merging two distinct yet connected worlds. It reflects a shared sense of rhythm, intuition, and timing, creating a name that feels expressive on the surface while hinting at strategy beneath.

The Logo
The Japozer wordmark blends the fluidity of jazz with the precision of poker. Inspired by the form of a quaver note and a saxophone, it captures rhythm, pause, and control. The rounded letterforms create a sense of movement, while structured details maintain clarity and balance.




Color System
Red represents intensity, risk, and energy, while black grounds the brand in sophistication and mystery.
